Jim Lowther has been organising children’s holiday courses since 1990 starting off at Brentford FC’s community programme and then managing Wimbledon FC’s Football and Community programme. He then helped set up AFC Wimbledon’s award-winning community programme before moving to N. Ireland.

More recently he has organised very successful camps for Clonee Utd (Dublin),Ballina Town FC (Co. Mayo) and for his own company,Soccer Steps in Newry , Co.Down. All camps are staffed with coaches from England who have worked at Academy level (see Staff tab) and local qualified coaches. The holiday camps are week long and can be in different formats: full day or half day. There are also specialist camps for strikers and goalkeepers.
